When does my order ship?
- Everything is cut to order. We aim for nine days from order to door inside the US, twelve to fourteen internationally. We email tracking the moment it leaves the atelier.

How does the sizing run?
- Boxy through the body, dropped shoulder, slightly cropped. If you're between sizes, size down for a tighter silhouette, size up for the campaign fit. A full measurement table lives on every product page.

What's the cotton, exactly?
- 14 oz loopback woven by Kuroki Mills in Okayama, Japan. Reactive-dyed in small lots. It softens with wash and keeps its weight.

Can I exchange a size?
- Yes, within fourteen days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. Email studio@blackmane.co with your order number and we'll send a label.

How do I care for the wool pieces?
- Dry clean or hand-wash cold, lay flat. Don't tumble. A steamer brings the drape back faster than an iron.

Do you restock?
- Sometimes. When a cloth runs out, the piece is retired. We post a note in the journal when a fabric is coming back.

Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — DHL or FedEx, two to four business days once the piece is finished. Duties and import taxes are paid at checkout.

- Selectively. Email press@blackmane.co with your shop, your city, and a line sheet of what you carry.
