Shipping.
Every piece is cut to order. Most orders leave the atelier inside ships in 9 days. From there:

We don't pre-print labels. Tracking is emailed the moment a piece leaves the atelier — usually mid-week.
International orders ship DHL with duties and import tax already paid at checkout, so there's nothing to settle at the door. If a customs office holds a shipment, email studio@blackmane.co and we'll chase it.
One exception: pre-orders for re-stocked fabrics ship within thirty days of the cloth landing. We say so on the product page.
