Returns & exchanges.

1. 01

   14 days from delivery.

   You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or size exchange.

2. 02

   Unworn, unwashed, tags on.

   Pieces need to come back in the condition they arrived in. We can't take returns on anything that's been worn out or washed.

3. 03

   Email the studio.

   Send a note to studio@blackmane.co with your order number and what you'd like to do. We reply inside one business day with a prepaid label (US) or a return slip (international).

4. 04

   Refund or exchange.

   Refunds land on the original card within five business days of us receiving the piece back. Exchanges ship next priority slot — usually three days.

Made-to-order pieces in a discontinued fabric are final sale — we say so loudly on the product page before you check out.
